Festival of Flight and Fate
Upon entering the circus, the group discovered a curtained area guarded by two individuals. The impressive acrobatic feats of Filbert, Zahala, and Acornagorn, impressed the crowd. Their performances were met with resounding success, earning them the admiration of the crowd and various rewards.
The adventurers crossed paths with Burly the bugbear and Taco the clown. They also had an encounter with Mr. Witch and Mr. Light, who possessed knowledge about Zabilna and the crowning of the monarch.
Burly, expressing concern, pulled the adventurers aside and proposed a plan to steal Mr. Witch’s watch. He informed them of Palasha, Dirlagraun, and Candlefoot’s willingness to assist in this endeavor.
The adventurers then visited an area adorned with stones of different hues, where they observed pixies engaged in a game resembling chess. They listened to Palasha’s singing, accompanied by Filbert, which was interrupted by a heckler with black feathers and wings. This startling intrusion prompted Palasha to leap from her bowl and swim away.
Continuing their exploration, the adventurers rode on Feathereen’s gondola, engaging in philosophical discussions. Candlefoot presented a proposal, but his voice abruptly vanished. They encountered Palasha again, who refused to return to her bowl unless something extraordinary occurred.
Venturing into the Pixie Kingdom, the adventurers enjoyed cucamelon cakes. They encountered Kenkou, a troublemaker at the carousel, and participated in a game of hide-and-seek, which Zahala won.
Their adventure led them to an encounter with Diana Cloppington, who asserted that she was not a centaur. Diana’s communication was hindered by a curse, preventing her from speaking freely about certain matters. She revealed that she had made a regrettable deal with a hag.
The adventurers also engaged in an activity involving painting horse names. They received psychic messages revealing the locations of lost items, the identities of the hags possessing them, and their weaknesses. They recalled Candlefoot’s story. Their primary goal is to reach Prismeer and discovering Zybilna’s fate. Their secondary objective is to retrieve their stolen belongings.
